There is currently no licensing required for landscapers in the state of Illinois. Trust assured, we are fully insured.
We currently take checks, cash, & card on file. *Please make checks out to James Miller or Miller's Lawn Care. Our recommended form of payment is card on file because it helps eliminate interaction especially during the times of Covid-19.
Currently, we schedule our lawn care clients Monday - Thursday. This helps us in the case of weather interrupting our mowing schedule and pushing back our yards. (If this occurs, you can typically expect no more than one day delay on mowing your property, which will then be continued the following week on its normally scheduled day) Jobs other than mowing are scheduled in the afternoons Monday - Thursday or all day on Friday's and/or Saturday's.
We do not necessarily require contracts for our residential customers, however, it is available. We do require contracts for commercial customers.
Upon approval, regularly serviced customers are billed weekly/monthly. "One-time" customers are billed immediately upon completion of the job. If we have your email address, we will send the bill electronically. Otherwise, we will send your bill through the US Postal Service or in person. If payments are made at time of service, a receipt will be sent via email or postal mail unless otherwise distributed in other form.
