WHAT'S OUR PROCESS 

At Miller's Lawn Care, our process is pretty simple. Anyone interested in one of our services will need to fill out our contact form. This can be found on either the Contact Us page or the Contact Us button below on this page. Once a request has been submitted, we will then take 1-2 business days to put together an estimate.

Once completed, our team will send the estimate to the submitted email and wait for a response. We ask everyone that is given an estimate to respond on whether or not our estimate will fit their budget for the requested service.

FOLLOW UP

Our staff will wait up to 1-2 business days for a response. However, if there has not been a response within that time frame, our team will make a follow up email and/or call to make sure they got the estimate and if they are in agreement.

CLIENT AGREEMENT 

Once a client has agreed to our given estimate for their requested service, we will then give them an expected date in which our schedule is available. In the instance our schedule changes, either pushing the start date either forward or backward, the client will will be notified immediately about the given circumstances.

Once the start day arrives, our team will show up to complete the job. Our professionals do and will be working fast efficiently because of their many years of experience. Rest assured, our team of professionals will pay attention to even the smallest of details to make sure our client is receiving a 5 star service.
